As I start getting ready to post trades and keep the ball rolling in terms of examples and more instructional-related posts, an older idea came back to me.

A while ago, we attempted tracking member posted trades at NB levels using one person as the tracker while members felt free to post away. Needless to say, it didn't work out, but things have changed and I have a lot more at my disposal in terms of tools to use to get this done.

We have a great following of traders here that enjoy speaking their minds and letting themselves be heard, and have become very adapt and skilled at what they do regularly. Some of you guys downright shock me at how good you have become. To get these ideas out there, I want to be able to aggregate a list of contributors that would be willing to share their trades on this site.

There are a lot of benefits for this, some of them being:

1. Newer traders can see clean cut examples of how to use these levels, and in many different types of setups
2. Ideas get tossed around on a regular basis, serving as confirmation for more experienced and less experienced traders
3. Traders get to see examples of solid money management, boosting their confidence about what the do and how they manage their trading accounts

Here are some options I came up with in order to do this. If you have any others, please contact me and send them to me asap.

1. Post a basic form on the site where the member fills it out and the data goes to a spreadsheet that gets displayed on a separate page.

Issue with this: When trades hit, they will be cumbersome to track. All tracking must be done manually.

2. Member integrates a platform with Metatrader, and links it to a webpage at MT4stats. User sets limit orders only, no market orders allowed. Links to user MT4 stats will be found on a separate page of this blog.

Issue with this: Requires heavy maintenance on behalf of the user and I am almost sure many people will drop like flies over time.

3. Set up some kind of member area that allows users to post trades however they please (charts, etc). People can go in and check out posted trades whenever and however they wish.

Issue with this: Tracking becomes ambiguous, and downright difficult. Again, everything would have to be done manually.

Basically, all 3 ideas above post some kind of major Achilles Heel. But they might get you thinking about other ways how we can do this.

If you have any ideas please send them to me or comment below. I would like to get this in action. Thanks!
